Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (Ghana) Once dispatched, domestic orders are delivered within 3–5 business days via our express fulfillment network.

International Shipping We ship worldwide. International orders are also delivered within 3–5 business days, as we partner with express global fulfillment networks to ensure fast delivery across borders. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
